1.When should we replace the tire?

For Nedong non-pneumatic tires, the entire tire is made of the same material. In theory, as long as the user wishes, it can be used until the tire cracks. However, considering the problems of anti-skid and comfort during riding, when the tire pattern is worn and flat, the tire must be replaced. 

2.Why do some tires reach their wear limit prematurely?

There are many factors that lead to it, such as long-term heavy load, rough asphalt pavement, high temperature conditions, and frequent use of brakes.For safety reasons, Nedong tires are designed with technical treatment to prevent slippage or side slip, allowing a certain way of wear on the tread, which affects the appearance, but does not affect the normal use of the tire. 

3.What should I do if there is a quality problem with the solid air-free tire?

Under normal using conditions, if there is a quality problem within one year we will replace it. However, tires are consumables, and normal wear is not a quality problem.
