Diagnosis 1: "Blowout" caused by rapid air leakage. When the tire is cut or severely hit with foreign objects, it will be completely flattened immediately, which may result in a puncture.
Suggestion: Try to avoid potholes when driving, especially when driving at high speed to avoid unknown obstacles on the road.
Diagnosis 2: "Broken tire" caused by chronic air leak There are three main reasons for chronic air leak:
1. When the car is driving, the tire is nailed or cut to cause damage to the inner liner, which leads to chronic air leakage.
2. Repair the inner liner after nailing or being cut, but poor repair will also cause chronic tire air leakage.
3. When installing the tires, the air leaks were not checked and installed according to the correct operation procedure, resulting in insufficient air pressure. For example: the new valve is not replaced, and the joint of the valve core, bead lip and rim flange is not checked for air leakage after the tire is installed, etc. The air pressure is insufficient due to installation problems.
Recommendation: The car should take precautions before it happens, and the key inspection parts include the tread, bead and bead. The tread should be checked for bad repairs, studs, cuts, etc.; the sidewalls should be checked for cuts or punctures; the bead should be checked for damage. If the tread, bead and bead are all intact, then we should also check the valve to see if there is aging or breakage. Check again whether there is a problem with the rim. In addition, if the tire is installed incorrectly, and air leakage is not checked after installation, chronic air leakage may also lead to "tyre burst". When installing a tubeless tire, it is best to replace the valve for safety.
