Tread: The part that is in contact with the road, through friction, enables the car to have driving and braking performance, and should have good wear resistance, puncture resistance, impact resistance, and heat dissipation performance.
Carcass: The ply in the tire, the main stressed component of the tire, it is impact resistant and should have good flex resistance during driving.
Belt layer: The steel cord between the tread and the carcass protects the carcass, suppresses the deformation of the tread, maintains the ground contact surface of the tread, and improves the wear resistance and driving stability.
Cap layer: The special ply layer above the belt layer, which restrains the belt layer from moving when the tire is running, prevents the belt layer from detaching at high speed, and maintains the dimensional stability of the tire at high speed.
Bead: The rubber steel wire is wound in a certain shape (four-corner or hexagonal shape), which plays the role of fixing the tire on the rim.
Apex: the filling material on the wire ring in the tire to prevent the bead from dispersing, slow down the bead impact, protect the bead and prevent air from entering during forming.
Inner liner: The part that maintains the airtightness of a tubeless tire. It is made of special rubber and functions as an inner tube.
