How to Measure Rim and Tire Size to Ensure a Perfect Match
Step 1: Measure the Rim Diameter
The first step is to measure the diameter of the rim. To do this, you’ll need a tape measure or a ruler. Start at the edge of the rim on one side and measure straight across to the opposite edge. This give you the diameter of the rim.

The next step is to measure the width of the rim. You’ll need to measure the distance between the inside of the rim on one side to the inside of the rim on the other side. Be sure to measure at the widest point of the rim.
